Kimberlee was able to find us the perfect home for our budget and location preferences. She was also aggressive on the sale of our home when we had to move due to my husband’s work relocation. If you are searching for realtor who is professional, competent, kind but tenacious, and knows her stuff Kimberlee is the realtor you want. I have used Kim for two purchases over the past 2+ years. First, she helped my husband and I purchase land in northeastern Arizona just over 2 years ago. The piece of land we were interested in purchasing had other potential buyers, and we were leaving for vacation within a few weeks. We needed to secure our financing and complete allthe paperwork in a very short time period. Everything went extremely smooth and we were thankful for Kim’s help in making this possible. The second time was when my in-laws moved to Phoenix. They were on a limited income and had very specific needs. I guessed finding a home for them could be a challenge. My in-laws are elderly and she was very patient with them. She also did a wonderful job at locating a home for them that fit their specific needs. I was surprised at all the different hours she would send me listings. She didn’t give up until she found a place they could afford and accomplished their wish list. I was also impressed she continued to check in with them over the following year to make sure everything with the house was working and they were happy. I rarely write reviews. When I do it is because I’m very impressed! Kim does not disappoint and she really is fantastic at her job!
